Ingredients
  

  • 1 bag tortilla chips
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 jalapeño, sliced
  • 1 cup guacamole
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 2 pound chicken wings
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Celery sticks for serving
  • Blue cheese dressing for dipping

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Nachos: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread the tortilla chips on a baking sheet. Sprinkle the shredded cheese, black beans, and jalapeño slices on top. Bake for about 10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  • Serve the Nachos: Remove the nachos from the oven, and serve hot with guacamole and salsa on the side.
  • Cook the Wings: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss the chicken wings in olive oil, salt, and pepper. Arrange the wings on a baking sheet and bake for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through until crispy.
  • Coat the Wings: In a large bowl, toss the baked wings with buffalo sauce until well coated. Serve immediately with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.
