Ingredients
  

  • 1 Bag Tortilla chips
  • 1 Pound Ground beef
  • 1 Packet Taco seasoning
  • 2 Cups Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 Can Black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 Jalapeño, sliced
  • 1 Cup Guacamole
  • 1 Cup Sour cream
  • ½ Cup Salsa
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat and add the taco seasoning according to package instructions. Stir to combine.
  • Layer the Nachos: On a large baking sheet, spread a layer of tortilla chips. Top with seasoned beef, black beans, jalapeño slices, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake: Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Serve: Remove from the oven and drizzle with guacamole and sour cream. Add salsa and garnish with chopped green onions. Serve immediately.
