- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1 Cup cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 1 Cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- ½ Cup lettuce, chopped
- ½ Cup tomatoes, diced
- ¼ Cup ranch dressing or any preferred sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
Prepare the Ingredients: Gather all your ingredients and chop the lettuce and tomatoes.
Heat the Tortillas: In a skillet over medium heat, lightly toast the tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side until warm and pliable.
Assemble the Wraps: Lay a tortilla flat and spread a tablespoon of ranch dressing in the center. Layer with cooked chicken, shredded cheese, lettuce, and diced tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper.
Wrap It Up: Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it tightly from the bottom up to create a wrap.
Cook the Wraps: Wipe the skillet clean and return it to the heat. Add a little olive oil and place the wraps seam-side down. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese has melted.
Serve: Cut the wraps in half and serve immediately with extra dressing or your favorite dip.
