Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Spring roll wrappers
  • Oil for deep frying

Instructions
 

  • Prep the Vegetables: In a mixing bowl, combine shredded cabbage, carrots, bean sprouts, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well to incorporate all the flavors.
  • Wrap the Spring Rolls: Lay a spring roll wrapper on a clean surface. Place a small amount of the vegetable mixture in the center. Fold the sides over the filling and roll tightly from the bottom up. Seal the edge with a little water.
  • Heat the Oil: In a deep frying pan, heat oil over medium-high heat until hot.
  • Fry the Spring Rolls: Carefully add the spring rolls to the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 3-5 minutes. Remove them and drain on paper towels.
