  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko for extra crunch)
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Prep the Cheese: Cut the mozzarella cheese into bite-sized cubes and place them in the freezer for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  • Set Up Breading Station: In three separate bowls, place flour in one, beaten eggs in another, and a mixture of breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in the third.
