- 1 Pound Breakfast sausage, crumbled
- 1 Medium onion, chopped
- 1 Bell pepper, diced
- 8 Large eggs
- 2 Cups Milk
- 4 Cups Frozen hash browns
- 2 Cups Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 Tbsp Garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish Optional
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
