Ingredients
  

  • 1 Pound Breakfast sausage, crumbled
  • 1 Medium onion, chopped
  • 1 Bell pepper, diced
  • 8 Large eggs
  • 2 Cups Milk
  • 4 Cups Frozen hash browns
  • 2 Cups Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish Optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook the Sausage: In a large skillet, cook the crumbled sausage over medium heat until browned. Add in the chopped onion and bell pepper, cooking until the vegetables are tender.
  • Prepare the Casserole: In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir in the frozen hash browns, cooked sausage mixture, and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Assemble: Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  • Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown. Let it cool slightly before serving.
  • Serve: Garnish with chopped green onions if desired and enjoy hot!
