- 1 Cup Cooked chicken, shredded
- ½ Cup Barbecue sauce, plus extra for drizzling
- ½ Cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ Red onion, thinly sliced
- ¼ Cup Cilantro, chopped Optional
- ½ Cup Sliced bell peppers Optional
- Olive oil for brushing
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat.
Prepare the Chicken: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the barbecue sauce until well coated.
